1820 Baymiller St, West End
Multi-family
DOB: 1892
Died: May 2008
Cause of death: (Building on right) An unsafe electrical weatherhead, broken windows, a dilapidated porch. This was another one of the many fine properties owned by the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, who let it sit vacant since at least 2003. It was condemned in November 2006, found to be a public nuisance in March 2008 and razed by the City. This building was located within the Dayton Street National Register Historic District. Drive down Baymiller Street some time. It's a joke.
