Pride appointed to City Planning Commission

Cincinnati City Council has unanimously approved the appointment of Michaele Pride to fill a vacancy on the City Planning Commission.

Pride will complete the term of commission member Jacquelyn McCray, which expires on December 31.

Currently the director of the University of Cincinnati School of Architecture and Interior Design, Pride specializes in the social and political implications of urban design and the dynamics of neighborhood change, with an emphasis on civic engagement and volunteerism.

She holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
