Price Hill Will has just completed the rehabilitation of 445 Purcell Avenue (BIRD'S EYE), and is currently working on six other homes.

The two-bedroom, two-bath home is listed for $80,000 and includes such improvements as a new HVAC system, hardwood floors, new appliances and new windows.

Through their Buy-Improve-Sell program, Price Hill Will acquires foreclosed or donated homes, using a combination of public and private funding to rehabilitate them as affordable homeownership units.

Through this program, the organization hopes to tackle deteriorating housing stock, low homeownership rates, and rising crime.

All of their previous rehabs have sold.

The additional six homes undergoing rehabilitation are currently on the market, allowing potential buyers to add their personal touches.

These properties include:

* 861 Beech Avenue
* 865 Beech Avenue
* 1129 Seton Avenue
* 1128 Gilsey Avenue
* 4307 West Eighth Street
* 4288 Foley Road
