Cause of death: Front porch separated from the main structure, collapsing onto the public right-of-way. The building also had rotted wood, broken windows, deteriorated gutters and downspouts. The house was condemned in December 2006. It declared a public nuisance in April 2007 after criminal charges were not pursued due to the owner's financial condition and age.
