4127 Fergus St, Northside
Single-family
DOB: 1880
Died: March 2008
Cause of death: The City ordered it vacant in early 2005. A rehab of the structure throughout 2005 seems to have stalled, and the orders were never lifted. The City was called out to barricade it on numerous occasions, and it was identified as a problem property during the 2007 Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP) code enforcement blitz. At the time it was razed, the house was lacking a good portion of its mechanicals. The Cincinnati Northside Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation (CNCURC) plans to use the lot as an infill site for its Fergus Street Homeownership Project.
