Pendleton Glasshouse Lofts in pre-sales, pending

Three units in the new Pendleton Glasshouse Lofts are on the market, and sales for all three are pending.

Fat City Properties, LLC is developing the 11-unit project at 512 Reading Road (BIRD'S EYE) in Over-the-Rhine.

The two-bedroom, two-bath units are being marketed through Comey & Shepherd for between $219,900 and $309,900, and its expected that future units will be offered for between $179,900 and $319,900.

Construction is expected to be completed later this spring.

The buildings between 506 and 516 Reading Road were once used by the H. Neuer Glass Company for shipping and warehousing.

The new condominiums are part of a wave of recent developments in the neighborhood, including the Galleries at Pendleton townhomes and commercial spaces Metaphor Flats and Joseph Williams Home.
