Inside the Brooklyn Townhomes

During the Discover Covington open house event on April 5, I stopped by the Brooklyn Townhomes (aka "The Brooklyn") to get a look inside.

Originally built to house workers building the Roebling Suspension Bridge, the three townhomes at 422-426 Greenup Street (BIRD'S EYE) in the Licking Riverside neighborhood have been recently restored to include nearly 3,000 square feet of living space apiece.

The owner of the property also let me squeeze my way up onto the roof for some shots of the amazing panoramic views, and the roof could easily accommodate a deck.

Two of the properties are being sold by Team Chabris of Keller Williams Realty Advisors for $350,000 for an end unit and $299,900 for the middle unit.

Thank you to Team Chabris business manager Melanie Pierce for showing me around.
