The third phase of the WatersEdge at Bellevue condominium project has hit the market.
Not much is known about what the third phase will look like, but there are currently four units listed for between $1.1 million and $1.3 million.
Each promise 3,200 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths with attached garages and tiered decks.
Joshua One has completed development of the first two phases, two mid-rise towers containing 24 units between Eden Avenue and the Ohio River (BIRD'S EYE).
The new units are being sold through Sibcy Cline Realtors.
