As listed, the 4,000-square-foot home will feature three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a 45-by-22 rooftop deck.
Access to each of the three floors will be provided by an elevator, and parking will be provided in a built-in three-car garage.
The JFP Group has owned the lots at 372-376 Baum Street since January 2007, and the speculation is that it will become the site of 10 new row houses.
Site preparation and grading has been occurring on the site for the past couple of months.
