Things look much like they did in November at the Parker Flats project Downtown, though the historically-sensitive cladding has been added to the north side of the building.
Middle Earth Developers is building the 57-unit condominium project at the corner of Fourth Street and Central Avenue (BIRD'S EYE).
Units are listed for between $189,500 and $378,022.
