Cause of death: Building sliding downhill, porches collapsing, broken windows. The house was condemned in November 2004. The case was taken to court, and the owner corrected several of the code violations, but never got around to addressing the foundation. It was declared a public nuisance in November 2005. The house's owner made several attempts to stay demolition orders, but was unsuccessful. No work was accomplished in the meantime. It was eventually razed by the City.
