College Hill eNewsletter gives updates

The December 7 issue of the College Hill eNewsletter provides these updates on the College Hill Fundemental Academy and the local housing stock.

* College Hill Fundumental Academy will begin renovations in mid-2008, and the facade will be preserved. During the work, students will move into the former Pleasant Hill School.

* Two dilapidated houses have been demolished (no location given, but I do know some were torn down near Llanfair) and two new homes will be built in their place. Also, two boarded-up houses near Cedar and Lantana avenues will either be rehabbed or demolished.
