Northside: American Can Factory Square

The latest news on this project is that it's still seeking rezoning from MG Manufacturing General to PD Planned Development District. (It would be PD #47.)

As you may recall, the City Planning Commission approved a change in zoning on December 15, 2006.

For some unknown reason, it took four months to have the hearing in front of the Economic Development Committee.

This hearing will occur on April 10.

I don't expect any problems to occur, but the sooner the change is approved....
